Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it and before the shop handover the parcel to the delivery boy for a full refund. After the delivery boy has left the shop with the parcel on the way for delivery to customer, order can not be cancelled i.e. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Order items that are perishable in nature orders can not be cancelled after it has been packaged for dispatch.
To cancel an order, customers must contact CENTERSHOPS customer service by phone or email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Please note that custom or special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
