All Orders are processed within 30 to 45 minutes business hours depending upon delivery personel's availablity and item preparation and packaging time.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed upto 1 hour. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimatesShipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery distance distance from the Store.

Shipment cost: 5-7 Rs per km.

Pricing Calculation Example: e.g. An item cost is Rs100/- per units as displayed in the App, and your delivery distance is 1km. Then checkout screen will display 100+5+7 = Rs 112/- payble before you CONFIRM placing the order.
Once the order is placed, customer need to pay 112/- CASH to the delivery rider upon delivery or customer can pay digitally while placing the order.

Damages During Shipment- Centershops is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged or opened, please contact us to file a refund claim.
